To check your current wallet balance -

Go to bKash menu and choose My Wallet

Choose Check Balance
03.
Now enter your PIN
04.
You will see your Current and Available balance of your bKash wallet

Go to bKash Menu by dialing *247#

Choose My Wallet
03.
Choose Request Statement
04.
Enter your wallet PIN
05.
You will see the dates, types and amounts of your last 3 transactions

My wallet » Change PIN
For ensuring the security of your wallet, it is recommended that you change your wallet PIN when you feel that it may have been compromised. “Change PIN” from My Wallet gives you that option. How you do it-
01.
Go to My Wallet
02.
Choose Change PIN
03.
You will be requested to enter your “Old PIN” which is your current PIN; enter it
04.
Now enter a new PIN to replace the old one
05.
Enter the new PIN again to confirm
06.
You will see a confirmation that you have successfully changed your Old PIN
