If you want to cancel a Token or if it is not encashed, you can Redeem it by yourself after 14 days of its creation. Here is how you do it -

01.	Dial 247

02.	Choose “Token”

03.	Choose “Redeem Token”

04.	Enter the Token Number that you want to Redeem

05.	Enter the Secret Code that you used for this Token

06.	Now enter your PIN to confirm

07.	You will receive a Confirmation Message with the details of the Token

Upon successful Redemption, the token value will be credited to your wallet (service charge applicable)

Redeem Token via Agent

If you want to Redeem a token that you created via agent, go to any authorized bKash agent along with your Photo ID and do the followings:

01.	Tell the Token Number to Agent

02.	Show your Photo ID

03.	Enter the Secret Code of the token on agent’s mobile when requested and confirm by pressing OK

04.	After successful redemption, collect the payable amount from agent (service charge applicable)
