Customer offer & eligibility:
- Upon receiving international remittance through bKash’s partner network, a customer will get 5% bonus on the remitted amount
- bKash customer in Trust Level-3 with active account status can avail this offer by receiving remittance in their bKash account
- In order to receive bonus, incoming transaction of customer account must be active. If bonus disbursement fails due to customer account status issue, customer will not receive bonus for the campaign
- Bonus will be given to respective customer account instantly and customer will get a bonus notification SMS
- This campaign will be valid for all partner banks connected with bKash and their MTOs (incl. Western Union)
- In case bonus disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason except for customer account status issue, bKash will retry bonus disbursement manually with three intervals within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no other attempt will be made and customer will no longer be entitled for the bonus of the campaign
- bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions in any manner or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice
- bKash reserves the right to cancel bonus payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of this campaign Limit:
- One customer account can avail maximum bonus amount of BDT 150 per transaction
- One customer account can avail maximum BDT 3,000 during the entire campaign period
- One customer account can avail bonus on 1 (one) transaction per day
