- Validity is 5th to 31st July 2023 in case of 1st month superstore discount coupon

Offer Details
- Superstore discount coupon:
- Customers will get a BDT 100 discount coupon for a first-time Pay Bill transaction of BDT 500 for electricity.
- During the offer period, the customer will receive the coupon once and the coupon can be redeemed at the selected superstore.
- The coupon will be valid for 7 days after the customers receive it.
- Customers will receive the coupon withing 2 working days after bill payment
- Check superstore merchant list: List1, List 2
- Cashback:
- Customers will get BDT 50 Cashback on Pay Bill transactions for electricity amounting to BDT 300 or more in the 2nd and 3rd months.
- Customers will get Cashback a maximum of 1 time in the 2nd and 3rd month during the offer period
- Customers will get the cashback within 1 working days after payment
- Only customers who have received the discount coupons on Pay Bill transactions for electricity in the 1st month can enjoy the Cashback by paying bills in the 2nd and 3rd months.
Terms & Conditions
For superstore discount coupons:
- bKash customers with active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the offer by making Pay Bill transactions for electricity from their bKash account.
- To enjoy the coupon, customers must make payments in designated bKash merchant wallets.
- bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation in any manner, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
- bKash reserves the right to cancel the discount if the particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
- bKash is neither liable nor responsible for the merchant’s inability to ensure the availability or delivery of the products or services since bKash is only providing a payment service to the customer. Any reimbursement from the merchant to the customer due to non-delivery of the products or services shall not invalidate the respective transaction and therefore does not bind bKash to reinstate the customer’s discount eligibility limit, disregarding the particular transaction for the campaign period. The discount for that specific transaction shall be considered consumed accordingly.
- In case a customer makes a wrong payment, bKash will address the matter after the campaign period based on the customer’s claim and validation.
In case of Cashback:
- The offer can be availed by making Pay Bill transactions through the bKash app or by dialing *247#.
- bKash reserves the right to disqualify any account from receiving the Cashback due to any fraudulent activity.
- bKash customers with active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the offer by making Pay Bill transactions for electricity from their bKash account.
- The customer's account status and incoming transactions must be active to get the Cashback. If the Cashback disbursement fails due to account status issues, the customer will no longer receive Cashback for this campaign.
- In case a Cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason except for the customer’s account status issue, bKash will retry the Cashback disbursement manually at 3 intervals within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no other attempt will be made and the customer will no longer be entitled to the Cashback of the campaign.
- Customers have to successfully make Pay Bill transactions from their bKash account during the offer period to get Cashback.
- bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation in any manner, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
- bKash reserves the right to cancel the discount if the particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
