• Customers can get 10% Cashback on purchases from Dazzle with bKash Payment.
• Customers can get up to BDT 100 Cashback per day and up to BDT 200 per month (maximum 2 times) with a minimum payment of BDT 500.
• Customers can get the Cashback up to 6 times during the campaign period, up to a total of BDT 600. • Customers can get the Cashback by successfully paying through the bKash app, Dynamic QR, Payment Gateway (at the Checkout Payment), dialing *247#, bKash Payment directly from the Card through the app or QR or Dynamic QR or by scanning Bangla QR.
Terms & Conditions
• bKash customers with active account status and a sufficient balance can enjoy the Cashback by making payments from their bKash accounts.
• The account status and incoming transactions of the customer account must be active to receive the Cashback. If the Cashback disbursement fails due to customer account status issues, customers will not receive the Cashback for the campaign.
• In case the Cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown or unforeseen reason except for customer account status issues, bKash will retry the Cashback disbursement manually at three intervals within two months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no other attempt will be made, and customers will no longer be entitled to the Cashback from the campaign.
• Customers are entitled to Cashback for successful transactions (payments to the merchant in the campaign period) from their bKash account.
• bKash reserves the right to change or modify campaign terms and conditions, merchant or outlet participation in any manner, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
• bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer's transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
• bKash is neither liable nor responsible for the merchant's inability to ensure the product's availability or delivery since bKash only provides a payment service to the customer. Any reimbursement from the merchant to the customer due to non-delivery of the product shall not invalidate the respective transaction and therefore does not bind bKash to reinstate the customer's Cashback eligibility limit, disregarding the particular transaction for the campaign period. The Cashback offer for that particular transaction shall be considered consumed accordingly.
• In case a customer makes a wrong payment, bKash will address the matter after the campaign period based on the customer's claim and validation.
• In case a customer makes a wrong payment on a merchant's app or website, they are kindly requested to contact the specific merchant.

Will customers get Cashback if they make a successful payment?
Yes, customers will receive the Cashback if their payment is successful and their account status is active. However, if a specific transaction and/or the customer's transaction activity raises any reasonable suspicion that the customer abused the Cashback benefit, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer's Cashback.
Will there be a delay in getting the Cashback? If so, what should the customers do?
Customers are most likely to receive their Cashback instantly as per eligibility. There could be unanticipated cases where the Cashback could be delayed due to unknown/unforeseen issues. If the customers do not receive their Cashback, they can call 16247 or approach bKash centers, bKash Care, Facebook fan page, or Web chat (Live chat service) as well as send an e-mail to [email protected] to know details about it.
