Terms and Conditions:
- Customers need to add a specific amount at once as per the offer from card or bank to the bKash app to get the cashback.
- The offers are applicable to all bKash customers
- The customer who initiates the Card to bKash transaction will receive the cashback in their account. In the case of Bank to bKash, cashback will be given to the customer whose account the Add money will be deposited in (the recipient).
- Cashback will be given to the customer's account on the next working day after the transaction is completed.
- Customer's account status should be active to receive cashback after the transaction is completed.
- If cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown reason or system issue, bKash will attempt to disburse the cashback once after 7 days of the campaign is over. If all else fails, the customer will no longer be considered for the cashback offer.
- bKash reserves the right to reduce/extend the campaign period or change/amend the campaign terms and conditions or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
- bKash reserves the right to cancel the cashback benefit if any particular transaction or transaction activity of the customer creates a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused this offer.
