MetLife policyholders can pay premium without charges through bkash

bKash Limited, MetLife BRAC Bank signed a tripartite agreement under which MetLife’s policyholders will be able to pay their premium directly from their bKash account without paying any additional fee for the transaction.

Mr. Rezaul Hossain, Chief Commercial Officer of bKash, Mr. Akhlaqur Rahman, Chief Operations Officer of MetLife and Mr. Mahmoodun Nabi Chowdhury, Head of Corporate Banking Division of BRAC Bank Limited signed the agreement recently on behalf of their respective organizations.

“This is going to be a very rewarding experience for both bKash and MetLife customers as they can now pay their insurance premium in an easy, secured and convenient way”,  said Mr. Rezaul Hossain.

Mr. Akhlaqur Rahman of MetLife said, “This service will save our customers’ time and expenditure. It will help them make the payments within due dates without waiting for someone to collect the payment”. “Introduction of this financial payment service is another big step for us to become a truly customer centric organization”, he added.
