Mobile Balance top up can be done through bKash

bKash, the leading mobile financial service provider in the country has launched ‘Mobile Recharge’ service allowing the bKash wallet users to top up mobile balance of Banglalink, Robi and Airtel numbers through bKash.

Any individual bKash wallet user can recharge his/her own or someone else’s Bangalink and Airtel’s both prepaid and postpaid connection and Robi’s   prepaid connection through this service. The bKash wallet user need to dial *247# to access the bKash menu, then select ‘2’ for the ‘Mobile Recharge’ option and then follow the simple interactive steps.

No additional charge is applicable for buying airtime through bKash; opening of bKash wallet is also absolutely free of cost. Any individual having a valid national ID card/passport or driving licence can open a bKash wallet from bKash’s vast 85,000 agent points across the country.

Launched in 2011, bKash, a joint venture of BRAC Bank, US based Money in Motion and World Bank’s private sector investment arm IFC,  offers a broad range of mobile financial services focused on reaching the unbanked population of Bangladesh.
