bKash strengthens its customer care network with launching four new customer care centers in the country’s labor-intensive area Gazipur, Savar and Kalurghat of Chattogram. With these four, bKash is now providing service to its customers from 279 customer care centers, and through hotline number 16247, live chat, support mail, facebook and other channels.

Newly opened customer care centers at Bagher Bazar and Kashimpur of Gazipur, Hemayetpur of Savar and Kalurghat of Chattogram will make bKash services easier for the customers of these worker-intensive areas. Especially, the workers who get salaries through bKash will be benefited greatly.

24/7 uninterrupted service

Not only from customer care service centers, bKash users can also get uninterrupted service through calling 16247. Besides, customers can receive service through email - support@bkash.com, live chat - https://livechat.bkash.com, and verified facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/bkashlimited anytime. 

Besides, they also receive services from other social sites like google map, Youtube, Instagram, and app review of google play store and apple app store.

Way to find customer care center

Users can easily find nearby customer care centers spread across all 64 districts from ‘bKash Map’ in the app anytime. To use the map, customers have to select ‘bKash Map’ after tapping bKash logo on the top right side of the app's home screen. They have to turn on their location to use this feature and view the whole map. At the bottom of the map, the logo of ‘Customer Care’ has been placed. Customers can see nearby five customer care centers’ locations by tapping on ‘Customer Care’. They can also get directions through 'Show Route' option after tapping on the logo of selected customer care point.

Usually, customers can get service at customer care centers from 9.00 am to 7.00pm. But during this pandemic, centers are open 7 days a week excluding public holiday from 9.00am-4.00pm. However, few centers have slightly different schedules depending on the specific area. Customers can also seek services through drop boxes that have been set up outside the centers.

Self PIN reset 

bKash customers can reset their pin using ‘Self PIN Reset’ option. If bKash account is blocked due to forgetting PIN or inserting wrong PIN several times, customers can reset their PIN in two steps using both the USSD code *247# and bKash app. By clicking on the link - https://www.bkash.com/pin-reset, customers can find out how to reset their PIN step by step.
