Terms & Conditions
• The offer is applicable for all customers with an active bKash account. Customers must have active outgoing and incoming transactions to enjoy the offer.
• The customer must successfully make a payment from their own bKash account to the participating merchant wallet to receive the Cashback during the campaign.
• If the Cashback distribution fails due to any unknown/unexpected reason other than the customer’s account status issue, bKash will attempt to distribute the Cashback manually 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible for the Cashback.
• bKash reserves the right to change/modify the offer terms and conditions, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
• If the merchant fails to ensure product availability and delivery, bKash will not be liable, as bKash only provides payment services to customers.
• If the merchant refunds the payment due to failure in delivering the product properly, bKash is not obligated to reinstate the Cashback limit for that specific transaction. The offer will be considered as availed by the customer.
• If a customer makes a wrong payment, the customer is requested to contact the specific merchant.
• If, for any reason, a customer’s payment is partially or fully refunded, the entire Cashback will be reclaimed in both cases (if applicable).
• If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the offer has been misused, bKash and the participating merchant reserve the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback benefit.

• Is there any possibility of a delay in receiving Cashback? If so, what should customers do?
  - Customers will receive the Cashback immediately upon successful payment as per the offer terms. However, due to unforeseen reasons, there may be a delay.
