Terms & Conditions

• The offer is valid for all customers with an active bKash account. The customer’s outgoing and incoming transactions must be active to enjoy the offer.
  
•  Customers must successfully make a payment from their own bKash account to the participating merchant wallet to receive the Cashback during the campaign.
  
•  If the Cashback distribution fails due to any unknown or unexpected reason, other than issues related to the customer’s account status, bKash will attempt to manually distribute the Cashback 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible for the Cashback.
  
•  bKash reserves the right, without prior notice, to change/modify the offer rules and terms, merchant/outlet participation or cancel the campaign at any time.
  
•  If the merchant cannot guarantee product availability or delivery, bKash will not be responsible. bKash only provides payment services to customers.
  
•  If a merchant refunds a payment due to failure to deliver a product correctly, bKash is not obliged to restore the Cashback limit for that transaction. The customer will be considered to have accepted the offer.
  
•  If a customer makes a wrong payment, they are requested to contact the respective merchant.
  
•  If a customer’s payment is partially or fully refunded, the full Cashback will be reversed in both cases (if applicable).
  
•  If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer, bKash and the participating merchant reserve the right to cancel the Cashback benefit.

7. Is there a possibility of a delay in receiving the Cashback? If so, what should the customer do?
   - As per the terms and conditions, customers will receive the Cashback immediately after successful payment. However, the Cashback may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
