Terms & Conditions:

1. Customers with active bKash accounts and sufficient balance can enjoy the offer by making payment from their bKash account .
2. If an eligible customer fails to enjoy the offer due to any unknown/unforeseen reason (except customer account status issue), bKash will manually disburse the offer in 3 attempts within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempt will be made and the customer will no longer be eligible for the campaign offer.
3. bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. bKash reserves the right to cancel the offer if any particular transaction and/or customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion of abuse of the campaign benefit.
5. bKash is neither liable nor responsible for any merchant’s inability to ensure product availability or delivery, as bKash only provides payment service to customers. Any reimbursement from the merchant due to non-delivery of product shall not invalidate the respective transaction. Therefore, bKash will not be bound to reinstate the customer’s offer eligibility limit for that transaction during the campaign period. The offer for that transaction shall be considered consumed accordingly.
6. In case of any bill payment refund-related transaction reversal, either full or partial, the full cashback will be clawed back.
7. If the offer is reversed during the campaign period and the customer completes the same transaction again within the campaign period, the offer will be provided within 1 day after the campaign ends.

3. Is there any limit in the campaign?

• Customers can enjoy the cashback offer once during the campaign period.

4. Will cashback be applicable for any payment amount?

5. Does the account need to be in ‘Active Status’ to receive cashback?

• To receive cashback, the customer’s account status and incoming transaction status must be active. If cashback disbursement fails due to the customer’s account status, the customer will not receive the campaign cashback.

6. Will customers receive cashback immediately after a successful payment?

• Customers will receive cashback if the payment is valid, the transaction is identified as eligible by bKash, and the customer’s incoming transaction status is active. However, if any specific transaction or customer transaction behavior is reasonably suspected of misusing the campaign benefit, bKash reserves the right to cancel the cashback.

7. Is there any possibility of cashback delay? What should customers do in that case?

• Eligible customers are expected to receive cashback instantly. However, cashback disbursement may be delayed due to unknown/unforeseen reasons.
