Charge Details:

  • 1.49% or BDT 100 charge is applicable (whichever is lower) on monthly total bill payment up to BDT 49,999.99
  • 1.49% charge is applicable on every monthly total bill payment of Tk 50,000.00 or more
  • The charge will be applicable on any Visa Credit Card and City Bank American Express Credit Card bill payment
  • You can enjoy the service only by using the bKash App

Cards that are applicable for Bill Payment from bKash:

  • City Bank American Express (AMEX) Credit Card
  • Visa Credit Card

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • The charges will be applicable for both the Visa Credit card and City Bank AMEX Credit Card payments
  • The charge will be applicable for credit card bill payment using the bKash App only during the campaign period
  • To avail this service –
    • bKash customer must an account with active status and sufficient balance
    • The credit card bill payment has to be made through the bKash App from the customer's own bKash account
  • bKash reserves the right to restrain any account from the service if any fraudulent activity is detected
  • bKash customers with active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the service by making successful credit card bill payment from their bKash account
  • bKash, Visa, City Bank AMEX, and card issuing banks reserve the right to change/modify service’s terms & conditions without giving any prior notice

Q10: What to do if I have already crossed the Daily/monthly limit?

Ans: For daily limit, you need to try the next day if the limit is crossed. For monthly limit, please try next month if you have already crossed to limit of the count and amount.
