How to make a Land fee payment with bKash from the Ministry website?

  • Go to the Land Ministry website ( https://land.gov.bd ) from your device
  • Select an E-Mutation fee or Land development tax from the list
  • Fill in the required information and then pay the fee with bKash Payment effortlessly!

 

How to deposit fees with the bKash app?

  • Go to the Pay Bill section from the bKash app home screen
  • Select Government Fee, Select E-Mutation Fee, or Land development tax
  • Fill in the required information and then pay the fee with bKash Payment!

Ans: Customers can find the Land tax services in the Pay bill icon under the Government fee services of the bKash app.

Ans: The service is available only in the bKash app and is coming soon in the PGW solution.

  1. What do customers need to know to pay LD Tax via bKash?

Ans: The customers need to know the payment token number to pay LD Tax via bKash.

  1. How will the customers get the payment token number?

Ans: There are two methods of getting the payment token,

  1. After successfully registering on the website:https://ldtax.gov.bd/, the designated land office shall generate the holding details of the customer from which the details of the holding and the payment token number can be found.
  2. Customers can contact the Land Ministry hotline at 16122 and provide the holding details after which the call center executive can provide the payment token number.
  3. How will the customers know if the transaction is successful?

Ans: Customers will get a transaction confirmation SMS, an in-app notification, and a digital payment receipt as proof of payment.

  1. What should be the next course of action for the customers after bill payment via bKash?

Ans: After successful payment, the customers will receive their Dakhila from the Dakhila section of the website (within 72 hours) which shall confirm the success of the procedure.

  1. What if customers do not receive their Dakhila after 72 hours?

Ans: In that case, customers will have to visit their designated Land office or contact the Land Ministry hotline at 16122.

  1. What is the charge for this service?

Ans: The charge for this service is 1% or max BDT 30.
