Offer Details
- Customers will receive a BDT 50 offer by updating their information (biometric data) in the bKash App.
- The offer can be received once during the campaign.
- Customers must update their information through the bKash App to receive the offer.
- This offer is applicable only for selected customers.
- Customers will receive the offer within 10 working days after successfully updating their information.
Terms & Conditions
- Customers with an active bKash account are eligible to enjoy the offer.
- bKash reserves the right, without prior notice, to change, modify, or cancel the offer at any time.
- If any transaction or customer behavior raises a reasonable suspicion of offer misuse, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s eligibility for the offer.
- The offer distribution may fail if the customer’s account is inactive or there is an issue with incoming transactions. In such cases, the customer will not receive the offer.
- If the customer meets all eligibility criteria for the offer, they will receive it within 10 working days.
- If the offer distribution fails for reasons other than account status issues, bKash will attempt to distribute the offer up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends.
- The offer will be provided only through the bKash App.

- What is the offer amount?
- Customers will receive a BDT 50 offer when they update their information in the bKash App.
- Is there any limit on the offer?
- Yes, each customer can enjoy the offer only once.
- Does the customer’s account need to be active to receive the offer?
- Yes, the customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive the offer; otherwise, the customer will not receive the offer.
- Will the customer receive the offer as soon as the information is successfully updated?
- Yes, if the customer’s update is valid and all offer conditions are met, they will receive the offer. However, bKash may cancel the offer if there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse.
- Is there a possibility of a delay in receiving the offer? If so, what should the customer do?
- Normally, the offer will be received within 10 working days after successfully updating the information. If there is a delay, call 16247, visit a bKash Customer Service Center, or email [email protected].
