Close bKash Account
To close your bKash Account, please ensure the following first:
Make bKash Account Balance 0.0
To close bKash account, you need to make sure that the bKash account balance is exactly 0.0
Ensure that there is no unsettled loan
To close the bKash account, repay installments of all the loans taken using your bKash account
Cancel All Savings/Subscriptions
To close bKash account, cancel all savings schemes/subscriptions
Once all the above mentioned tasks are completed, visit the nearest bKash Customer Care Center/bKash Customer Care with necessary documents:

To close the bKash Account, visit the nearest bKash Customer Care Center/bKash Customer Care in-person along with your Photo ID.
Information Management after Closing Account
Upon closing your bKash account, information related to your transactions, KYC and CDD will be retained for a minimum of 12 years from the date of account closure in accordance with Bangladesh Bank directives and relevant laws of Bangladesh.
