Terms & Conditions

Customers will be considered eligible for the offers upon making a successful bKash Payment.
The offers are applicable for all customers with an active bKash account status. Customers must have active outgoing and incoming transactions to enjoy the offers.
Customers must successfully make a payment from their own bKash account to the specified merchant account to enjoy the discount/Cashback during the campaign.
bKash reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify the rules and terms for availing the discount/Cashback, change/modify merchant participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time.
If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the discount/Cashback benefit, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s offer benefit.
If the merchant cannot guarantee the availability or delivery of a product, bKash will not be responsible, as bKash only provides payment services to customers. If the merchant refunds a customer due to failure to deliver a product correctly, bKash is not obliged to restore the customer’s discount/Cashback limit for that specific transaction.
