Terms & Conditions

• The offer is applicable for all customers with an active bKash account. To avail the offer, both outgoing and incoming transactions must be active.
• Customers must make successful payments from their own bKash account to the participating merchant wallet to receive the Cashback during the campaign.
• If the Cashback distribution fails due to unknown/unexpected reasons other than account status issues, bKash will attempt manual Cashback distribution up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will not be considered eligible for the Cashback.
• bKash reserves the right to change or amend the offer terms and conditions, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• If the merchant fails to ensure product/service availability or delivery, bKash will not be responsible, as it only provides payment services to customers.
• If a refund is issued due to the merchant’s failure to deliver properly, bKash is not obligated to reinstate the Cashback limit for that specific transaction. The offer will be considered as availed by the customer.
• If a customer makes an incorrect payment on the merchant’s website/app, they are requested to contact the respective merchant.
• If any transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion of misuse of the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback benefit.

7. Will customers receive the Cashback upon successful payment?

- Yes, if the customer’s transaction is valid, verified by bKash, and the customer’s incoming transaction service is active, the customer will receive the Cashback. However, if any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises reasonable suspicion of misuse of the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback benefit for that customer.

8. Is there any possibility of a delay in receiving the Cashback? If so, what should customers do?

- As per the terms, the Cashback will be received instantly upon successful payment. However, due to unforeseen reasons, there may be delays.
