And you can get your tax token in two ways! You can either have it delivered to your home or collect it instantly by visiting your nearest bKash customer service center.

How to Pay BRTA Fees through bKash
• First, an account must be registered on the BRTA Service Portal.
• If already registered, log in using your username (email/mobile number), password, and security code.
• If not registered, sign up using your mobile number, date of birth, National ID number, and security code. The mobile number must be registered with your National ID.
• Next, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Complete the registration using that OTP, the required information, and a password.
• Once registered, go to the homepage of the BRTA Service Portal.
• Select the type of service required and provide the necessary information.
• Select bKash from the Payment Gateway.
• Enter the bKash number, OTP, and PIN.
• The payment will be completed instantly once confirmed through the bKash PIN.
• You will receive home delivery within 3 to 7 days after completing the payment for the Tax Token. Alternatively, if you want it the same day, you can instantly collect a printed copy from the nearest bKash Customer Service Center.

2. How long does it take for the Tax Token to reach the customer’s address?

• After completing the payment, the Tax Token will be delivered to the customer’s provided address within 3 to 7 days. The customer can also instantly collect a printed copy of the token by visiting the nearest Customer Care Center.

• Yes, customers can pay for any BRTA service fee through bKash, including:
