Expatriate Bangladeshis can easily remit money to loved ones' bKash accounts in Bangladesh through authorized and listed foreign banks, money transfer organizations (MTOs) and money exchange houses.
Expatriate Bangladeshis can now send remittance up to 2.5 lakhs taka as many times as they want! Also with Government and Bank incentives! And you can Cash Out remittance money at the charge of 7 Taka per thousand* from any BRAC Bank, the City Bank and Q-Cash ATM booths by using the bKash App or by dialing *247#!

Remittance statements are available on the bKash App for remittance customers. You can request a remittance statement directly from the bKash App to get details of all remittance transactions in your bKash account!

To send International Remittance from abroad to a bKash Account in Bangladesh:
- Visit authorized and listed partner Bank branch/Money Exchange/MTO agent
- Inform beneficiary bKash Account number and Full name (as mentioned during bKash Account Opening)
- Handover required cash and request Bank/Money Exchange/MTO Agent to initiate and complete the process
While sending remittance from abroad the Bank/Exchange House/MTO Agent ensures the following:
- The beneficiary has a registered and valid bKash Account
- Beneficiary’s bKash Account number and Full name has been communicated accurately
- Transaction amount (in Bangladeshi Taka) is not exceeding the limit
- Send money to your loved one's bKash Account in Bangladesh legally. They will get 2.5% government incentive and in some cases, 2.5% bank incentive on the received money.
*This charge is applicable on Cash Out of remittance received in bKash account from March 19, 2024
