• Eligible customers with active bKash accounts and sufficient balance can enjoy the offer by making payments via bKash App, Payment Gateway (PGW), or *247# USSD (account must be in Trust Level-2 or Trust Level-3).

• Eligibility: This offer is applicable only to selected customers who did not make any payments to BURO Bangladesh via bKash between 1 January 2026 and 31 August 2026. Customers who made payments during that period will not be eligible for this offer.

• If an eligible customer fails to receive the cashback due to any unknown/unforeseen reason (except customer account status issue), bKash will manually disburse the cashback in 3 attempts within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempt will be made.

• bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.

• bKash reserves the right to cancel cashback payout if any particular transaction and/or customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion of abusing the campaign benefit.
