Bundle 1 - 5 Send Money for 21 Taka, save 4 Taka
Bundle 2 - 10 Send Money for 41 Taka, save 9 Taka
Bundle 3 - 25 Send Money for 94 Taka, save 31 Taka
Bundle 4 - 50 Send Money for 149 Taka, save 101 Taka

If the limit of a bundle remains before the expiry date, you can repurchase the same bundle and use all the unused Send Money limits from that bKash bundle with the new limit until the next expiry date.

- Tap ‘Buy again’ under the bundle you want to repurchase from ‘My Bundles’ section

Q: What is bKash bundle?
A: It is a new benefit for bKash service(s). Customer can purchase bKash Bundle only from the bKash App at a fixed price (lower rate than individual standard charge), from which the Customer can do send money, group send money, auto pay, send money through QR, etc. without any further charges within the bundle transaction count and validity period. However, Bundle will not be consumed for Send Money to non-bKash number.
Q: What are the benefits of bKash Bundle?
A:
- This is an extra benefit of Send Money on top of Priyo Number Send Money.
- Price for a specific number of Send Money in a bKash Bundle is lower than the standard charge.
- There will not be any additional charges on Send Money until the bundle is expired or limit is consumed.
- There are several bKash Bundle for every user based on their usage.
- If you have unused limit of Bundle before expiration, then you can buy the same bKash bundle again before expiration date and all unused send money limit from that bKash bundle will be added with the new limit.
Q: What services are available in bKash Bundle?
A: Currently, only Send Money service is available in bKash Bundle.
Q: Will there be any charge after purchasing bKash Bundle?
A: Once a bKash bundle is purchased, for each Send Money transaction that is not free, bKash bundle will be consumed and no charge for that Send Money will be charged.
Q: How long are the bundles valid?
A: All bKash bundles are valid for 30 days. To be precise, valid till the 29 days from the day you purchased the bundle. For example: If you buy a bKash bundle in January 1st 3.30pm, it will expire on January 30th 11.59.59 PM
Q: What will happen to unused bKash bundle limit?
A: You can buy the same bKash bundle again before expiration date and all unused send money limit from that bKash bundle will be added with the new limit till next expiration date. Unused limit will expire if bundle is not extended.
Q: Can I extend the unused bKash bundle limit by purchasing a lower pack or higher?
A: No. Extension will only occur if same bundle is purchased within current bundle expiry date.

A: bKash Bundle is currently available in the bKash App only.
Q: What would happen if I purchase a bKash Bundle and Send Money to both Priyo and regular numbers?
A: bKash bundles will not be consumed for free send money transactions like Priyo Number (up-to applicable limit) and Transaction below 50 Taka.
Q: Send Money to Priyo Numbers are already free for first BDT 25K. If I purchase a bKash bundle and send it to Priyo Numbers, what will happen?
A: bKash bundles will not be consumed for free send money transactions like Priyo Number (up-to applicable limit) and Transaction below 50 Taka.
Q: Send Money to regular (Non Priyo) numbers are BDT 5 for first BDT 25K. If I purchase a bKash bundle and Send Money to regular numbers, what will happen?
A: Bundles will be consumed in this case, and no Send Money charge will be incurred by the use.
Q: If I purchase a bundle, will they be consumed if I Send Money through the bKash App only?
A: Bundles will be consumed for Send Money transactions from both bKash App and *247#. However, Bundle will not be consumed for Send Money to non-bKash number.

A: You can view available bundles by tapping on “bKash Bundle” from My bKash section in the bKash App to purchase bKash Bundle. You can also view available bundles from bKash Bundle widget in the bKash App home screen.

A: You can check the usage details by tapping on “bKash Bundle” from bKash App home screen.
Q: How can I see all my purchased bundles?
A: You can check all your purchased bundles by tapping on “bKash Bundle” from bKash App home screen and then tapping on “See All” from My Bundles section.
Q: What is “Buy Again”?
A: If you have already bought a bundle, the buy again option lets you repurchase the same bundle.
Q: How many times can I buy a Bundle?
A: You can buy a bundle as many times as you like, however, please note the daily and monthly limits will apply for Send Money.
Q: I have bought multiple Bundle. Which one will be consumed first?
A: If multiple bKash Bundles are purchased, the one expiring first will be consumed first.
[Example: If a Customer has purchased two bKash Bundle, “Bundle 1” with the expiry date of 27-Feb-25 and “Bundle 2” with the expiry date of 25-Feb-25 and the Customer makes a Send Money, the transaction will be consumed from “Bundle 2”.]
Q: Can a bKash Account user from abroad purchase a Bundle?
A: No. This service is not applicable for this user.
Q: Can a bKash Student Account user purchase a Bundle?
A: No. This service is not applicable for this user.
Q: Can I use a Bundle after switching to a bKash Account from abroad?
A: A purchased bKash Bundle cannot be consumed if Customer switches their bKash Account to a bKash Account from abroad. However, the bKash Bundle can be consumed again if the Customer switches back to their regular bKash Account within the validity period of
