Once you have the required points to reach the higher level, you will be upgraded to that level automatically. You can see your progress in the level progress bar in the "bKash Rewards" section of the bKash App.

• bKash reserves the right to determine the reward point allocation against each transaction of any bKash customer.

• Determining the calculation methodology of bKash rewards (points earning, level placement, claiming reward) is under the sole discretion of bKash. bKash reserves the right to place any customer in any level depending on the transactions of such customer and the reward calculation methodology.
• bKash rewards claiming process and offers will be determined by bKash under its sole discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse the system or conduct suspicious transactions to get undue advantages will be monitored and upon investigation the concerned customer will be barred from using bKash services.
• bKash reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of the bKash Rewards program at any time without any prior notice.
• bKash shall have the right to postpone or completely shut down the bKash Rewards program at any time without any prior notice.
• bKash reserves the copyright of the contents of the bKash Rewards program. Any reproduction or illegal use/distribution of any content of bKash reward program will result in immediate legal action against the person(s) or institution(s) involved.

• The validity period for reward points is 12 (twelve) months. Unused reward points will expire after this period. This condition is effective from January 1, 2022. However, the points earned before January 1, 2022 will expire on January 31, 2023, if not used.
