5. If an eligible customer fails to receive the cashback due to any unknown/unforeseen reason, bKash will manually disburse the offer in 3 attempts within 2 months after the campaign ends.

6. bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.

7. bKash reserves the right to cancel the offer if any particular transaction or customer behavior raises reasonable suspicion of campaign abuse.
