Details:   

• Go to the bKash agent app’s home screen and select the ‘Pay Bill’ option.
• Select the ‘Other’ option, and then select ‘Walton Plaza’. 
• Enter the ‘Customer ID’ and ‘Contact Number’.
• Enter ‘Installment Amount’.
• Check the ‘Customer’s ID’ and the ‘Amount’ in detail.
• Enter the agent’s PIN number.
• To confirm the bill payment, tap and hold the bottom of the screen.
• The agent and customer will see the payment details and receive a confirmation message.
• Agents can download the pay bill receipt

Terms & Conditions:

• 1% service fee that is applicable for making the installment payment through the agent app.
• On every BDT 1000  installment payment, agents will receive BDT 2.9 as commission. 
• If the customer's customer ID is correct, only then the agent will be able to complete the payment.
