The transaction will be carried out automatically on the date you specify, provided that you have set a certain date, amount, and other details in the bKash App's Auto Pay.

Terms & Conditions
- By activating Auto Pay, you can pay bKash according to the Auto Pay details provided from your bKash account (such as the date of Send Money, Pay Bill or Mobile Recharge, start date, amount of Send Money to the specified number, amount of Pay Bill to the specified biller, or amount of mobile recharge on the specified number) given the permission for auto payment to the bKash account recipient.
- The customer will get an app notification before the payment date. For successful Auto Pay on the day of Send Money Auto Pay, Pay Bill Auto Pay, or Mobile Recharge Auto Pay, their bKash account must have a sufficient balance.
- If the Auto Pay option (subscription) is activated successfully, the customer will receive an SMS and app notification.
- For every successful Auto Pay transaction the customer will get a payment success notification.
- If Auto Pay fails, customers will get an Auto Pay failure notification.
- No additional charges are applicable for Auto Pay transactions.
- Users can cancel the Auto Pay service as often as they like. Users will get a notification after Auto Pay cancellation. Users can restart Auto Pay as often as they like.
- If the user faces any problem in canceling Auto Pay, they can contact bKash Customer Care at 16247.
- User’s bKash account must be active on the date of the transaction and bKash shall not be responsible if Send Money, Pay Bill or Mobile Recharge is not successful due to any state tag/account block issue in the account.
