Open your bKash account without any hassle! Currently, the bKash Account opening is available on Airtel, Banglalink, Teletalk, Grameenphone, and Robi connections. Follow the steps below to open a bKash account from the phone’s bKash app sitting in the comfort of your own home! 

Open a bKash Account through the bKash App

Bring the items mentioned below to your nearest Digital registration point to open a bKash Account: 

1. Mobile Phone
2. National ID Card's original copy

 Procedure:

1. Go to the bKash app and tap on Login/Register.
2. Select the operator and enter your mobile number.
3. Proceed to the next step with the verification code sent to the mobile number.
4. Read and agree to the terms and proceed ahead.
5. Take a photo of the front and back of your National Identity Card.
6. Check the required information and proceed.
7. Take a picture of your face with the phone's camera.
8. Then submit the information and proceed.
9. Wait for the verification SMS. bKash may take up to 48 hours to verify this information.
10. After receiving the confirmation SMS, PIN must be set within 72 hours. To set a PIN, go to the app and tap on 'Set Your PIN' and confirm with a 5-digit PIN.
11. Now login to the bKash app.

Open a bKash Account through bKash E-KYC at the Digital Registration Point: 

Bring the below items to your nearest Digital Registration Point to open a bKash Account:

2. National ID Card's Original Copy

Open a bKash Account at agent point:

To open the bKash account at the nearest agent point bring:

1. Mobile phone
2. National Identity Card (Original and Photocopy)
3. 1 copy of passport-size photograph

Open the bKash Account at the Customer Care:

To open the bKash account at the nearest customer care bring:

1. Mobile phone
2. National Identity Card (Photocopy) / Driving License (Original & Photocopy) / Passport (Original & Photocopy)
3. 1 copy of passport-size photograph

Open the bKash Account at the Customer Care Center:

To open the bKash account at the nearest customer service center bring:

1. Mobile phone
2. National Identity Card (Original & Photocopy) / Original Driving License / Original Passport
3. 1 copy of passport-size photograph

Fill out the account opening form and give your thumb impression and signature.

After opening your bKash account, you need to activate your bKash mobile menu. 

Follow the procedure below to activate your mobile menu:

1. Go to the bKash Mobile menu by dialing *247#.
2. Select “Activate Mobile Menu”.
3. Enter the 5-digit PIN number for the bKash account
4. Enter your PIN number again to confirm

After successfully following these steps, your mobile number will become your bKash Account number. Once your Account is fully active, dial *247# or download bKash App and enjoy the bKash services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
