Terms & Conditions

• Any bKash customer with an active account status can enjoy the Cashback/coupon by making a successful payment from their own bKash account.
• If Cashback/coupon distribution fails due to any unknown or unforeseen reasons other than issues with the customer’s account status, bKash will attempt distribution 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible for the offers.
• The customer must successfully make a payment to the specified wallet from their bKash account during the campaign to receive the Cashback/coupon.
• bKash reserves the right to change or modify the offer terms and conditions, merchant participation, or cancel the entire offer at any time without prior notice.
• If any specific transaction and/or the customer’s transaction activity raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback/coupon.
• If the merchant is unable to ensure product availability or delivery, bKash will not be liable, as bKash only provides a payment service to the customer. If the merchant refunds the customer due to non-delivery of any product, bKash is not obligated to restore the customer’s Cashback/coupon limit for that transaction. The offers will be considered as consumed by the customer.
• If a customer makes a wrong payment, bKash will review and resolve the issue after the campaign period based on customer complaints and verification.
• If the customer’s payment is partially or fully refunded for any reason, the full Cashback/coupon amount will also be reversed.

– Customers will most likely receive the Cashback/coupon instantly upon a successful transaction. In rare unforeseen cases, there may be a delay.
