Send Money Auto Pay Terms & Conditions
- By enabling this Recurring Send Money Option (hereinafter referred to as “Auto Pay”), you are authorizing bKash to make recurring auto send money to the recipient bKash Account from your bKash Account according to the Auto Pay details you provided (i.e. payment date, start date, recurring send money amount etc.).
- You will receive a pre-transaction app notification before the payment date. On the day of such payment, you need to maintain sufficient balance in your bKash account for successful “Auto Pay”.
- You will receive a Successful Subscription SMS along with in App notification.
- For each successful Auto Pay, you will receive payment success notification.
- If Auto Pay fails, you will receive notification about such Auto Pay failure.
- If your Auto Pay is declined in 3 (three) consecutive Auto Pay date either for insufficient balance in your bKash Account or for any other reasons, (e.g. due to account status issue etc.) bKash may decide to revoke/discontinue this Auto Pay.
- Charge shall be applicable for Send Money Service. Charge for Send Money Service may vary depending on Send Money Service’s tariff and limit conditions prevailing during the Auto Pay transaction. No Additional Charge is applicable for Auto Pay transaction.
You are also entitled to request for the cancellation of this Auto Pay service at any time. Your request to cancel your Auto Pay may take up to thirty-six (36) hours to take effect. After cancellation of Auto Pay, you will receive notification. You can re-subscribe as many times as you want subject to conditions set by bKash. - Relevant Send Money limits will apply to Auto Pay transactions. The minimum amount of Auto Pay is BDT 100
- If you experience any problem to unsubscribe from this Auto Pay, please contact bKash customer support on 16247.
- Your bKash account must be active on the transaction date and bKash will not be liable if transaction fails due to any state tag/account block issue on your account.
- There will be no retries incase an Auto Pay transaction fails for any reason.
