TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USING bKash CHECKOUT

  1. bKash is a payment method only. bKash is not liable if you do not receive the desired service/product from online merchant (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”), against your payment.
  2. In some cases, the Merchant may request bKash to hold your payment amount instead of completing the entire payment process till the confirmation of availability of product and/or service from the Merchant's end. In such cases:
    • You will not receive an instant payment confirmation notification.
    • However, the payment amount will be deducted from your balance and held by bKash for a certain period of time.
    • Based on the confirmation from the Merchant's system, the held payment amount will be transferred to the Merchant or returned to your bKash Account with notification.
  3. In the absence of any confirmation from the Merchant, your money will be reverted to your bKash Account automatically within a certain period of time, and you will receive an SMS notification. However, if the Merchant is unable to provide the product and/or service (for example, ticket), the Merchant can release the money, which is immediately reverted to your bKash Account.
