TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USING bKash CHECKOUT
- bKash is a payment method only. bKash is not liable if you do not receive the desired service/product from online merchant (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”), against your payment.
- In some cases, the Merchant may request bKash to hold your payment amount instead of completing the entire payment process till the confirmation of availability of product and/or service from the Merchant's end. In such cases:
- You will not receive an instant payment confirmation notification.
- However, the payment amount will be deducted from your balance and held by bKash for a certain period of time.
- Based on the confirmation from the Merchant's system, the held payment amount will be transferred to the Merchant or returned to your bKash Account with notification.
- In the absence of any confirmation from the Merchant, your money will be reverted to your bKash Account automatically within a certain period of time, and you will receive an SMS notification. However, if the Merchant is unable to provide the product and/or service (for example, ticket), the Merchant can release the money, which is immediately reverted to your bKash Account.
