Cash Out from Agent

If you have sufficient balance in your bKash Account, you can withdraw cash anytime from any bKash Agent. To Cash Out from your bKash Account:

  • Go to any bKash Agent
  • Let the Agent know the amount you want to Cash Out (If the amount is 5,000 or higher, you have to mention your National ID Card number)
  • Write down your bKash Account Number and the amount in the Agent Register 

 

For *247# dial:

  1. Dial *247# on your mobile for bKash Mobile Menu
  2. Select “Cash Out”
  3. Select “From Agent”
  4. Enter the agent’s bKash Account Number
  5. Enter the amount
  6. Complete the cash out with your bKash Mobile Menu PIN

Both you and the agent will receive a confirmation message.

 

For bKash App:

  1. Login to the bKash App and select Cash Out
  2. Enter Agent Number or Scan QR
  3. Add as a Priyo Agent if not already added
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Enter bKash PIN
  6. Tap and hold to complete the Cash Out

Both you and the agent will receive a confirmation message.

Cash Out from Priyo Agent

Cash Out now from 2 Priyo Agent numbers at an even lower cost of 13.95 Taka per thousand, up to 50,000 Taka!

Cash Out charge on bKash has been reduced even further! Now, a customer can set any 2 agent numbers as their Priyo Agents and Cash Out up to 50,000 Taka per month for just 13.95 Taka per thousand in a calendar month!

  • A customer will be able to select any 2 bKash Agent numbers as Priyo Agent numbers for Cash Out in a calendar month.
  • A customer can have a maximum of 2 Priyo Agent numbers at any moment.
  • A customer will be able to do Cash Out at 13.95 Taka/thousand charge from Priyo Agent numbers
  • This 13.95 Taka/thousand Cash Out charge will be applicable up to 50,000 Taka in a calendar month
  • Once 2 Priyo Agent numbers are added for the first time, customers cannot change any Priyo Agent within that calendar month. From the following calendar month, they can change 2 Priyo Agent numbers in a month by removing saved ones first.
  • However, if there is already 1 Priyo Agent added, customer can add one more and change both agents in that calendar month
  • Customers will be able to add/delete the Priyo Agent number through both *247# & bKash App
  • Customers will be able to check the Priyo Agent numbers through *247# & bKash App
  • Customers will be able to see limits consumed or remaining amount for which 13.95 Taka/thousand Cash Out charge is applicable through both *247# & bKash App
  • If any Cash Out transaction exceeds the limit of 50,000 Taka, 18.5 Taka/thousand Cash Out charge will be applicable for that transaction and Priyo Cash Out limit will be consumed.
    For example: A customer has already made Cash Out transactions of 49,500 Taka from his Priyo Agent number in a month. Now, if he wants to Cash Out 600 Taka (Total 50,100 Taka) from Priyo Agent number, 18.5 Taka/thousand Cash Out charge will be applicable and Priyo Agent Cash Out limit will be consumed.

bKash reserves the right to amend, addend, upgrade, change or modify the existing terms and conditions in any way at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customer.
 

Easy steps to Cash Out at discounted charge:

  • Add a Priyo Agent number;
  • Please check the remaining amount from the Priyo Agent Cash Out limit before each Cash Out transaction;
  • Please Cash Out the remaining amount of the limit to your Priyo Agent number.
     

Cash Out from any Agent number except Priyo Numbers:

  • 18.5 Taka/thousand charge will be applicable for Cash Out from any agent except Priyo Agent both from the bKash App & by dialing *247#;
  • Applicable for both the bKash App and by dialing *247#.
