  • If the Cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason except for the customer’s account status issue, bKash will retry the Cashback disbursement manually at 3 intervals within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be entitled to the campaign's Cashback.
  • Customers are entitled to Cashback for a successful Mobile Recharge transaction from their bKash account.
  • bKash reserves the right to change/modify the terms and conditions of the campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
  • bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction behavior raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.

7. What happens if a customer misuses campaign benefits?
- bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if a transaction or the customer’s transaction behavior raises a reasonable suspicion of abuse of the campaign benefits.

  1. What if the Cashback disbursement fails due to unknown or unforeseen issues?

- If the Cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason, bKash will retry the Cashback disbursement at 3 intervals within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be entitled to the campaign's Cashback.

- A customer can get the offer multiple times with each successful Mobile Recharge transaction during the campaign.
