• Eligible customers will receive the applicable coupon(s) immediately after a successful remittance transaction.
• bKash reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or cancel the campaign or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• bKash may cancel or withdraw coupons if it reasonably suspects misuse of the campaign, violation of the terms, or any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• If coupons are mistakenly credited due to a system or calculation error, bKash reserves the right to reverse them.
• If coupon delivery fails for reasons other than account status issues, bKash will attempt to resend the coupons up to three times within two months after the campaign ends. If the issue remains unresolved, bKash will contact the customer (where applicable) and try again. If the customer does not resolve the issue and the coupons still cannot be delivered, the coupons will expire after 30 days, and no further claim will be accepted.
• bKash is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will not be liable for any loss arising from the campaign.
• Customers must maintain an active bKash account. If coupon delivery fails due to account status issues, the coupons will be cancelled and no claim will be accepted.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
