TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USING bKash Subscription Payment

1. By enabling the Subscription Payment option, you are authorizing bKash to make auto payment to this Merchant from your bKash Account according to subscription details i.e. start date, end date, fixed payment amount, and payment cycle.
2. You will receive a pre-notification SMS before payment date (except for daily subscription), you are requested to maintain sufficient balance on your bKash Account on such payment date.
3. If the auto payment is successful, you will receive payment success notification through SMS.
4. If the auto payment fails, you will be notified through SMS about such payment failure and bKash will retry the auto payment as per the agreed timeline between bKash and Merchant.
5. If auto payment fails due to insufficient balance/account status, merchant may discontinue the service you are receiving.
6. After cancellation of the subscription, you will be notified through SMS. You can re-subscribe as many times as you want.
7. Through this process merchant is not receiving any confidential information related to your bKash Account.
