Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to all active bKash account holders. To be eligible for the offer, the outgoing and incoming transactions of the customer’s account must be active.

2. Customers will receive the offer upon successfully making a payment to the participating merchant (ASA) from their bKash account.

3. If an eligible customer does not receive the cashback due to any unforeseen or unspecified reason, excluding issues related to the customer’s account status, bKash will attempt to provide the cashback manually in three intervals within two months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, the customer will no longer be eligible for the campaign offer.

4. bKash reserves the right to cancel the cashback if there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse of the campaign benefits through any particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction activity.

5. bKash will not be liable if the merchant fails to provide any product/service, as bKash is only providing the payment service.

6. If the merchant refunds any amount to the customer due to non-delivery of the product/service, the respective transaction will not be considered cancelled, and bKash will not be obligated to reinstate the customer’s offer limit. The offer will be considered availed for that transaction.

7. In case of an incorrect payment, the customer must contact the respective merchant.

8. In case of any transaction reversal, including full or partial refund, the full cashback will be recovered where applicable.

9. bKash and the participating merchants reserve the right to change or modify the campaign terms and conditions, modify or expand the participation of merchants/outlets, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.

Eligible customers are generally expected to receive the cashback instantly. However, there may be delays due to unforeseen or unspecified reasons.
