Terms & Conditions

• Any bKash customer with an active account status and sufficient balance can successfully make the payment from their own account and enjoy the offer.
• If coupon distribution fails due to any unknown or unexpected reason other than an issue with the customer's account status, bKash will make up to 3 attempts, either consecutively or at intervals, within two months after the offer period ends. If these attempts are unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be considered eligible for the offer.
• During the offer period, customers must successfully make the payment from their own bKash account to the specified merchant account.
• bKash reserves the right to change or modify the offer's terms and conditions or the participating merchants/outlets, or to cancel the offer entirely at any time without prior notice.
• If any particular transaction and/or a customer's transaction activity raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer benefits, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer's coupon benefits.
• If a merchant cannot ensure the availability or delivery of a product, bKash will not be held liable, as bKash only provides payment services to the customer. If the merchant refunds the customer due to failure to properly deliver a product, bKash is not obligated to reinstate the customer's coupon limit for that particular transaction. The customer will be considered to have availed of the offer.
• If a customer makes an incorrect payment, bKash will review the matter after the campaign ends, subject to verification of the customer's claim and its authenticity.
