• Any bKash customer can enjoy the offers by making a Mobile Recharge from their own bKash account, subject to having an active account status and sufficient balance.

• Customers must have an active account status and incoming transactions to enjoy the offer. If the offer distribution fails due to an account status-related issue, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the offer.

• Customers must successfully make a Mobile Recharge from their own bKash account during the campaign to receive the Mobile Recharge Coupon. If the offer distribution fails due to an account status-related issue, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the offer. 

• Customers can enjoy the coupon by successfully recharging their own number through bKash.

• If the recharge coupon distribution fails due to any unknown/unexpected reason, other than an account status-related issue, bKash will attempt to distribute the offer 3 times at intervals within 2 months after the campaign ends. If these attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be considered eligible to receive the offer. 

• bKash reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of the offer or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.

• If a customer requests a refund from the merchant after making a bKash Payment and receiving the coupon, the coupon amount will also be deducted from the customer’s account.

• If a customer is eligible for this offer, they will find the coupon in the ‘Coupon’ section of the bKash App.

• Any claims related to this campaign must be submitted through the customer channels within 5 days from the campaign end date. The bKash team will verify the customer’s eligibility for the campaign and manually provide the coupon if necessary.
