Dhaka, 12 April 2025: Customers can now seamlessly pay for talk-time, internet, and other services on the ‘My Robi’ and ‘My Airtel’ apps without a PIN by linking their bKash accounts. bKash has also been added as a ‘preferred payment partner’ on both the ‘My Robi’ and ‘My Airtel’ apps. Additionally, customers can procure their desired Robi 'Easy Plan' and Airtel 'My Pack' directly from the bKash App.

Meanwhile, the service to open a bKash account directly from the 'My Robi' app has also been introduced.

These innovative services are designed to enhance the comfort, security, and efficiency of customers' digital lifestyles. Upon designating bKash as their preferred payment option, customers can execute payments automatically through digital consent (approval) with a single click, eliminating the requirement for PIN or OTP input at each transaction. Additionally, from the 'My bKash' option of the bKash app, Robi and Airtel users can choose their preferred offers from Robi's 'Easy Plan' and Airtel's 'My Pack' options.

Moreover, Robi customers can now easily open a bKash account directly from the 'My Robi' app. Within the ‘Service’ section of the ‘My Robi’ app, a dedicated icon named ‘bKash Registration’ is now available, facilitating bKash customer registration process with a single click. Following the necessary verification and consent, the registration process will commence. Subsequently, users are required to complete the e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) process by adhering to the prescribed steps.
