Note:
- A bKash Account holder can withdraw a maximum amount of Tk 30,000 per day and Tk 200,000 per month from his/her Account (Agent & ATM combined).
- Minimum payment amount per payment transaction is 1 taka. In other cases, the maximum limit may vary depending on the type of merchant.
- A bKash Account holder can keep a maximum amount of Tk 500,000 in his/her bKash Account at any moment.
- Maximum mobile recharge amount to any prepaid number from bKash is *BDT 1,000. However, if there is any pack or offer available in between BDT 1,001 to BDT 7,000 for prepaid number, it can be availed by recharging from bKash. For postpaid number, maximum mobile recharge in one transaction is *BDT 7,000.
- In case of Remittance, one can send remittance to Bangladesh from outside the country up to BDT 2,50,000 in a single transaction. A 2.5% government incentive will be added to the remittance with every transaction and in some circumstances bank-provided incentives may also be added.
- In case of remittance, the condition of keeping the maximum balance of BDT 500,000 in bKash account is not applicable. However, customers cannot add or receive any kind of money including Cash In/Add Money/Send Money Receive into their bKash accounts until the account balance drops below BDT 500,000 (except Remittance and Government disbursement).
- Based on the operator's decision, the minimum limit for the direct mobile recharge to any Grameenphone, Robi, Airtel and Banglalink number is 20 Taka. However, users can avail any pack or offer below 20 Taka by recharging from bKash subject to availability from respective operator
