Terms & Conditions

• The offer is applicable to all customers with an active bKash account. The customer's outgoing and incoming transactions must be active to enjoy the offer.
• The customer must successfully make a payment from their own bKash account to the participating merchant’s wallet to receive the Cashback during the campaign.
• If the Cashback distribution fails for any unknown/unexpected reason other than the customer’s account status issue, bKash will attempt to distribute the Cashback manually 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible for the Cashback.
• bKash reserves the right to modify/change the offer rules and terms, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
• If the merchant fails to guarantee product availability or delivery, bKash will not be liable, as it only provides payment services to the customer.
• If the merchant refunds the customer for not delivering the product correctly, bKash is not obligated to restore the customer’s Cashback limit for that specific transaction. The customer will be considered to have accepted the offer.
• If a customer makes a wrong payment, they are requested to contact the respective merchant. 
• If, for any reason, the customer’s payment is partially or fully refunded, the entire Cashback will be reversed in both cases (if applicable).
• If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer benefit, bKash and the participating merchant reserve the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback benefit.

6. Does the customer’s account need to be active to receive the Cashback? 

- Yes, the customer’s bKash account status and incoming transactions must be active to enjoy the Cashback. If the Cashback distribution fails due to an issue with the customer’s account status, the customer will no longer be eligible for this offer.

7. Will the customer receive the Cashback after a successful payment?

- Yes, if the customer’s payment is valid, bKash can verify the authenticity of the transaction, and if the customer’s incoming account transactions are active, the customer will receive Cashback. If any specific transaction or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the offer has been misused, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback benefit.

8. Is there any possibility of a delay in receiving the Cashback? If so, what should the customer do?

- Customers will receive the Cashback immediately upon successful payment as per the offer terms. However, due to unforeseen reasons, there may be a delay.
