2. This offer is intended for all bKash customers with an active bKash account. To avail the offer, the customer's outgoing and incoming transactions must be in an active state.
   
   
3. A customer is entitled to the offer for a successful transaction (payment) made from their bKash account to the participating merchant.
   
   
4. In case an eligible customer fails to receive the benefit due to any unknown or unforeseen reason (excluding customer account status issues), bKash will manually retry the disbursement with three intervals within two months after the campaign period. If all attempts fail, the customer will no longer be entitled to the campaign offer.
   
   
5. bKash reserves the right to cancel the offer payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
   
   
6. bKash is not liable or responsible for the merchant's inability to ensure the availability or delivery of products/services, as bKash is only providing a payment service.
   
   
7. Any reimbursement from the merchant to the customer due to the non-delivery of a product/service will not invalidate the respective transaction and does not bind bKash to reinstate the customer's eligibility limit. The offer for that particular transaction will be considered consumed.
   
   
8. In case of a wrong payment, the customer is requested to contact the specific merchant.
   
   
9. In case of any transaction reversal (full or partial refund), the full cashback/discount/coupon will be clawed back (if applicable). Thus, it does not bind bKash to reinstate the customer's campaign eligibility limit & the offer for that particular transaction will be considered as consumed.
   
   
10. If the campaign involves a promo code, the customer must input the promo code during the payment journey or by clicking the coupon icon under the menu option.
    
    
11. In case of any queries regarding cashback/discount/coupon redemption, customers are requested to contact the merchant.
    
    
12. bKash and the participating merchant(s) reserve the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation in any manner or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
