Terms & Conditions

• Any bKash customer with an active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the offers by making a Mobile Recharge from their own bKash account. 
• The customer's account status and incoming transactions must remain active to redeem the recharge coupon. If the offer distribution fails due to an account status issue, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the offer.
• Customers must successfully complete a Mobile Recharge from their own bKash account during the campaign to receive the recharge coupon.
• If the recharge coupon distribution fails for any unknown or unexpected reason other than an account status issue, bKash will attempt to distribute the offer up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible for the offer.
• bKash reserves the right to modify or amend the offer terms and conditions, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• If a customer requests a refund from the merchant after receiving a coupon/Cashback through a bKash Payment, the coupon/Cashback amount will also be deducted from the customer's account.
• If the customer is eligible for this offer, they will find the coupon in the ‘Coupon’ section of the bKash App.
• Any claim related to this campaign must be submitted through the customer support channels within 5 days of the campaign end date. The bKash team will verify the customer's eligibility for the campaign and, if applicable, manually issue the coupon.
