• The offer can be enjoyed up to 3 times.
• Customers can enjoy the Cashback by making a successful payment through the Payment Gateway (Checkout, Tokenized, Recurring, Direct Debit).

Terms & Conditions
• Any bKash customer with an active account and sufficient balance can enjoy the Cashback by making a payment from their own account.
• The customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active to avail the Cashback offer. If the Cashback distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will no longer receive the Cashback.
• If the Cashback distribution fails due to any unknown or unexpected reason other than account status issues, bKash will attempt to distribute Cashback manually 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be considered for the Cashback offer.
• The customer must successfully complete the transaction from their bKash account to the specified merchant account to avail the Cashback during the campaign.
• bKash reserves the right, without prior notice, to change or modify the campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time.
• If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the campaign offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback benefit.
• If a merchant cannot ensure product availability and delivery, bKash will not be liable, as it only provides payment services to the customer. If the merchant refunds the payment due to failure to deliver a product correctly, bKash is not obliged to reinstate the customer’s Cashback limit for that transaction. The offer will be considered accepted by the customer.
• If a customer makes a wrong payment on the merchant’s website/app, they are requested to contact the respective merchant.

   - The offer will be valid from 21st October 2025, 00:00:00 to 30th June 2026, 23:59:59.
2. What is the Cashback percentage?
   - Customers will get 15% Cashback on bKash Payment.
3. Is there any Cashback limit?
   - Yes, customers can enjoy BDT 200 Cashback per transaction up to 3 times during the campaign.
4. Can the customer get the Cashback on any payment amount?
   - Yes, customers will get the Cashback on any payment amount.
5. Through which channel must the customer make a payment to get the Cashback?
   - Customers can enjoy the Cashback by making a successful payment through the Payment Gateway (Checkout, Tokenized, Recurring, Direct Debit).
6. Does the customer’s account status need to be active to get the Cashback?
   - The customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive Cashback. If the Cashback distribution fails due to issues with the customer’s account status, the customer will not receive the Cashback.
7. Will the customer get the Cashback after a successful payment?
   - If the customer’s payment is valid, bKash is able to verify the authenticity of the transaction, and the customer’s incoming transactions are active, the customer will receive the Cashback. However, if any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback benefit.
8. Is there a possibility of delay in receiving the Cashback? If so, what should the customer do in that case?
   - As per the terms and conditions, the customer will receive the Cashback immediately upon successful payment. Due to any unknown or unexpected reason, there may be a delay in receiving the Cashback. If the Cashback is not received, the customer can dial 16247 or contact the bKash Center, bKash Care, Facebook Fan Page, Web Chat (Live Chat Service), or email [email protected] to get detailed information.
