 • Customer's account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive the Cashback. If the Cashback disbursement fails due to the customer’s account status issue, the customer will not be eligible to get the Cashback for the campaign.
 • Customers must complete a successful bKash to Card transaction from their own bKash account during the campaign period.
 • bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the offer.
 • If the merchant fails to ensure availability and delivery of any product or service, bKash will not be held liable, as bKash only facilitates the payment service. In case the merchant refunds the amount due to delivery issues, bKash will not be obligated to reinstate the offer eligibility for that specific transaction. It will be assumed that the customer has availed the Cashback offer.
