Offer Details
- bKash customers will get 20% Cashback, up to BDT 200, on opening DPS every minute.
- Every Sunday from 3:00 PM to 4:59 PM, the first user of each minute who opens DPS will receive Cashback during the campaign.
- Customers will receive the Cashback once during the campaign.
Terms & Conditions
- bKash customers with an active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the Cashback by opening a DPS from their bKash account.
- The customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive the Cashback. If Cashback distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will not be eligible for this offer.
- If the Cashback distribution fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason other than account status issues, bKash will attempt manual distribution 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible for the Cashback.
- Customers will be eligible for the Cashback only if they successfully open a DPS of at least BDT 250 for the first time from their own bKash account in a given minute between 3:00:00 PM and 4:59:59 PM on the mentioned offer days.
- bKash reserves the right, without prior notice, to change/modify offer rules and terms, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the campaign at any time.
- If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises reasonable suspicion of offer misuse, bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback benefit for that customer.
- If any payment is partially or fully refunded, the full Cashback amount will be deducted in both cases.

Customers must successfully open a DPS through their own bKash App to receive the Cashback. - Does the customer’s account need to be active to receive the Cashback?
Yes, the customer’s bKash account status and incoming transactions must be active. If the Cashback distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will not receive the offer. - Will customers receive the Cashback upon successful payment?
Yes, customers will receive the Cashback if the DPS opening is completed on the specified date and time, all conditions are met, and the account has active incoming transactions. - Is there any possibility of a delay in receiving the Cashback? If so, what should customers do?
Customers will receive the Cashback immediately upon successful DPS opening as per the terms and conditions. However, due to unforeseen reasons, there may be delays. Yes, if any payment is partially or fully refunded for any reason, the full Cashback amount will be deducted in both cases.
