- If the customer's transaction fails or is not successful or if there is any complication with the dual balance, the problem will be resolved within 72 hours of the transaction.
- Can the customer pay more or less than the specified amount in installments?
- No, in the case of installments, the customer of LankaBangla Finance will have to pay the amount indicated on their account for repayment of savings/loan installments.
- Will the customer get a receipt after paying the installments?
- Yes, the customer will get a digital receipt which can be downloaded after paying the installment through the bKash app.
