• bKash customers with active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the Cashback by successfully making an Add Money transaction from Mastercard to bKash
• In order to receive the Cashback, customers have to make a successful Add Money transaction from their bKash account during the campaign period.
• bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms and conditions, merchant/outlet participation in any manner, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
• bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign. 
• In case of Cashback usage, bKash is neither liable nor responsible for the merchant's inability to ensure the availability or delivery of products since bKash is only providing a payment service to the customer. Any reimbursement from the merchant to the customer due to non-delivery of the product shall not invalidate the respective transaction and therefore does not bind bKash to reinstate the customer’s offer eligibility limit, disregarding the particular transaction for the campaign period. • In order to receive the Cashback, the account status and incoming transactions of the customer’s account must be active. If the Cashback disbursement fails due to the customer’s account status issue, the customer will not receive the Cashback for the campaign.

6. Will the customers receive the Cashback upon a successful Add Money Transaction from Mastercard to bKash?

• If the Add Money transaction is valid, bKash recognizes the transaction as authentic, and the incoming transactions of the customer’s account are active, the customer will receive the Cashback. However, bKash reserves the right to cancel the Cashback payout if the particular transaction and/or your transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.
