• The Cashback and coupon will be available only for a Send Money transaction amount of BDT 490.
• Upon successfully completing the Send Money transaction, customers will receive the Cashback and coupon instantly.
• The coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt and can be used for a Mobile Recharge of a minimum of BDT 50.

Terms & Conditions

• Only bKash customers with an active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the Cashback and coupon.
• Customers can enjoy the offers by successfully making a Send Money transaction.
• The customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive the Cashback and coupon. If the distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will no longer be eligible for the offers.
• If the Cashback or coupon distribution fails for any unknown or unexpected reason other than an issue with the customer’s account status, bKash will attempt to distribute the offers manually 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If these attempts fail, no further attempts will be made and the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the offers.
• Customers must successfully make a Send Money transaction from their bKash account during the campaign to receive the Cashback and coupon.
• bKash reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the offer, its terms and conditions, or the offer rules at any time without prior notice.
• If any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer benefits, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s Cashback and coupon benefits.
• If a customer requests a refund from the merchant after making a bKash Payment, the Cashback/coupon amount will also be deducted from the customer’s account.

- Yes, the incoming transactions of the customer’s bKash account must be active to receive the Cashback and coupon. If the distribution fails due to an issue with the customer’s account status, the customer will no longer be eligible for the offers.

6. Is there a possibility of a delay in receiving the Cashback and coupon? If so, what should customers do?
