Remembering to pay your insurance premium is now a thing of the past! bKash brings you the Auto Pay feature. Simply set the date and amount in the bKash app, and every month on that specified date, your insurance premium will be automatically paid.

 

How to Set Up Auto Pay for Insurance Premium in the bKash App:

  • Choose ‘Auto Pay’ from the bKash menu.
  • Select the 'Enable New Auto Pay' option.
  • Select ‘Pay Bill’
  • Select ‘Insurance’
  • Select the name of the organization from the list.
  • Proceed by providing the necessary information.
  • Input the amount for the Auto Pay of the premium.
  • Choose the date for the Auto Pay and proceed.
  • Enter your bKash PIN to activate Auto Pay.
  • Tap and hold the lower portion of the screen to activate Auto Pay.
  • A confirmation message will be sent once Auto Pay is set.
  • bKash will send a reminder to maintain sufficient balance in bKash wallet prior to the Auto Pay date.

  • By enabling Auto Pay through the bKash app, customers authorize bKash to initiate automatic deposits from their bKash account based on the provided Auto Pay details (e.g., insurance premium deposit date, start date, and premium amount).
  • Customers will receive notifications on the bKash app before the Auto Pay date. To ensure successful Auto Pay, customers must maintain sufficient balance in their bKash account on the Auto Pay day.
  • Customers will receive confirmations through SMS and app notifications upon successful activation of Auto Pay.
  • Customers will receive notifications for each successful Auto Pay transaction.
  • In the event of a failed Auto Pay, customers will be notified of the unsuccessful transaction.
  • There are no additional charges for Auto Pay transactions.
  • Customers have the option to cancel the Auto Pay service. After cancellation, they will receive a notification. However, they can also re-enable Auto Pay at their discretion.
  • If customers encounter any issues while canceling the Auto Pay service, they are requested to contact bKash Customer Service at 16247.
  • Customers have to ensure that their bKash account remains active on the Auto Pay date and that there are no issues, such as state tags or account blocks, that could cause a failed Auto Pay transaction. bKash will not be responsible for failed transactions due to account issues.
