• Any bKash customer with an active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the offers by making a Mobile Recharge from their own bKash account.
• The customer's bKash account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive the Cashback. If the Cashback distribution fails due to an issue related to the customer's account status, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the Cashback.
• If the Cashback distribution fails due to any unknown or unexpected reason other than an issue related to the customer's account status, bKash will attempt to distribute the Cashback up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the Cashback.
• Customers must successfully complete a Mobile Recharge from their own bKash account during the campaign to receive the Cashback.
• bKash reserves the right to change/modify the offer terms and conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• If any specific transaction and/or the customer's transaction activity creates a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer benefit, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer's Cashback benefit.

- The customer's bKash account status and incoming transactions must be active to receive the Cashback. If the Cashback distribution fails due to an issue related to the customer's account status, the customer will not receive the Cashback for this campaign.

• Will customers receive the Cashback after making a successful payment?
- Yes, customers will receive the Cashback if their payment is valid, bKash is able to verify the authenticity of the transaction, and the customer's incoming transactions are active. However, if any transaction and/or a customer's transaction activity raises a reasonable suspicion of misuse of the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer's Cashback benefit. If the transaction is refunded, the full Cashback amount will also be reversed from the customer's bKash account.

• What happens if my Mobile Recharge fails and I do not receive the Cashback after recharging again?
- If the Cashback distribution fails due to any reason other than an issue related to the customer's account status, bKash will attempt to distribute the Cashback 3 (three) times at specified intervals within 21 days after the campaign ends. If all attempts fail, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the Cashback for this campaign.

• What should I do if I do not receive the Cashback after making a transaction under this offer?
- Customers will receive the Cashback immediately after completing the transaction as per the offer terms and conditions. However, if they do not receive the Cashback or face any issue, they may contact bKash by dialing 16247, or through bKash Customer Care, a bKash Customer Care Center, the bKash Facebook Page, Web Chat (Live Chat Service), or by emailing [email protected] for further assistance.
